- Define project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct site surveys, take measurements, and identify user needs.
- Create initial mood boards, inspiration photos, and preliminary design concepts.
- Develop "good, better, best" floor plans and space planning.
- Select initial materials, furniture concepts, and finishes.
- Present the design vision to the client for feedback and approval.
- Create detailed, technical CAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans.
- Finalize selections for fixtures, furniture, and finishes.
- Coordinate with contractors regarding structural, mechanical, and plumbing needs.
- Purchase, order, and track items with vendors.
- Oversee on-site construction to ensure compliance with design.
- Perform final styling, installation of furniture, and client walkthrough.
